Description
The Hydraulic Cylindrical Grinding Machine is designed for precision grinding of cylindrical components requiring internal and external finishing in a single setup. With 180 mm center height (360mm diameter), the machine is ideal for medium-length shafts, sleeves, spindles, bushes, pins, bearing races, and similar workpieces.
The OD grinding setup handles external cylindrical grinding, while the integrated ID attachment enables accurate bore grinding without re-clamping the component. This combination improves throughput, reduces setup time, and enhances dimensional control. A rigid cast-iron base and precision slideways minimize vibration, ensuring consistent accuracy, repeatability, and superior surface finish.
