Description
This machine is suitable for the workpieces without heat treatment, such as the chamfering of various moulds and mechanical parts.
Suitable for iron metal parts chamfering.
The slide rail is treated with high quality steel plate through heat treatment, and it is durable.
No need to clamp, simple operation, chamfering, easy adjustment, economic reliability, efficiency greatly improved, suitable for batch processing parts enterprises.
In operation, the slide rail is leaned to the workpiece and is cut in the direction of the arrow.
Cutting by side milling cutter, the 4130511 square blade of hard alloy (Wu Gang) is convenient and quick to replace. The old blade used by the milling machine can also be used.
The exact surface roughness of the chamfering angle is good.
Note: it is best to keep the grinding amount of 2mm.
