When you use Gearo we collect: your name, business email, phone, city, and pincode (so we can fulfill orders), and basic technical data (IP, browser, device) for security. If you submit a quote we also collect any product/quantity/timeline you mention.

Why we collect it

To send quotes, ship orders, handle warranty claims, schedule installation, send order updates over WhatsApp/email, comply with GST and other Indian regulations, and improve our catalog over time. That's it.

Who we share it with

As a marketplace, we share order-fulfillment details (your name, delivery address, phone) with:

• The vendor of your chosen product, to dispatch your order
• Our logistics + installation partners, for delivery and on-site work
• Payment processors, when you transact

We never sell your information to advertisers or third parties for marketing.
