Cancellations & returns

If something isn't right, we fix it. Here's how it works.

Bottom line: If we sent the wrong product, it arrived damaged, or it's defective — we replace or refund at no cost to you. Industrial equipment isn't returnable for buyer's-remorse reasons, but we'll always work with you on genuine issues.

Order cancellation

Before shipment: Cancel anytime via your account → My orders, or email [email protected]. Full refund within 7–10 business days.

After shipment: Cancellation isn't possible once dispatched. You can refuse delivery or use the return process below.

7-day return window

You can return most products within 7 days of delivery if they're:

  • Unused, in original condition and packaging
  • Complete with all accessories and documentation
  • Not damaged or altered post-delivery

Not returnable

Custom-built equipment, installed/commissioned machinery, products marked "non-returnable" on the listing, items with tampered packaging.

How to return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason.
  2. We confirm return authorization within 24 hours.
  3. We arrange pickup or share return shipping details.
  4. Refund processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Damaged or wrong item?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We replace at no cost.
