Cylindrical grinder

A cylindrical grinder finishes round parts to tight tolerances and a smooth surface by rotating the workpiece against a grinding wheel. OD grinding works on the outside diameter of shafts, rollers and pins, and ID grinding works on the inside of bores and bushes. A universal cylindrical grinder with an ID attachment does both on one machine, which is ideal for tool rooms and job shops.
