About these terms
By using Gearo (gearo.ai) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Who we are
Gearo Business Services Pvt. Ltd., a private company registered in India, operating a B2B marketplace for industrial equipment. Gearo is the seller of record for products listed on gearo.ai — we issue invoices, manage warranty claims, and handle after-sales support.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at [email protected].
Listings & pricing
Product listings come from us and our vendors. We work to ensure accuracy, but specifications and prices can change without notice. The price you confirm at checkout (cart) or via quote acceptance is the binding price for your order.
Orders & payment
For orders under ₹1 Lakh: you can checkout directly with payment at the cart. For orders ≥ ₹1 Lakh: you request a quote, we respond with final pricing and terms, and you confirm before payment. GST is charged at the prevailing rate and invoiced separately.
Warranty & support
Warranty terms are per the vendor's product warranty, but warranty claims are handled by Gearo on your behalf. Email [email protected] with your order number to file a claim.

Acceptable use
No reverse-engineering, scraping our catalog at scale, posting infringing content, or attempting to bypass our security. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Intellectual property
Gearo, the Gearo logo, and all content on gearo.ai are our intellectual property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or redistribute without permission. To report IP infringement on the platform see Report Infringement.
Limitation of liability
Gearo's total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from product use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes go to the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
