Ordering

How do I place an order?

Find your product, choose a variant if available, then either add to cart (under ₹1 Lakh) or request a quote (₹1 Lakh+). For quotes we respond within 2 hours with pricing and delivery timeline.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS), UPI, and major credit/debit cards. For large orders we also accept letter of credit or staged payments — talk to us.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Yes, before the order ships. Email [email protected] with your order number. Once dispatched, you can refuse delivery or use the return process.

Shipping & delivery

How long does delivery take?

Most in-stock products dispatch within 7 working days from Pune. Made-to-order or imported items take 4-6 weeks. The product page shows the lead time for your selected variant.

Do you ship across India?

Yes — pan-India delivery, including installation support on heavy machinery.

How can I track my order?

Sign in to your account and open Dashboard → My Orders. You'll get WhatsApp + email updates at each stage (dispatch, in-transit, delivered).

Pricing & invoicing

Do you provide GST invoice?

Yes — every order ships with a tax invoice in your company name. You can claim input credit on the full purchase.

Are prices inclusive of GST?

No. Listed prices are exclusive of GST. The applicable GST rate (typically 18%) shows on the product page and the final invoice.

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Yes. For orders of 5+ units or large project quantities, request a quote and we'll respond with bulk pricing.

Warranty & installation

Who handles warranty claims?

Gearo handles warranty claims end-to-end. You contact us — not the OEM. We coordinate replacement or repair, and follow up until the issue is resolved.

Do you offer installation?

Yes — pan-India installation support for heavy machinery. Charges are quoted separately depending on site and machine.
