JR3A Gel Super Concentrated Ointment Coolant is a high-performance emulsified coolant gel specially designed for Wire Electrical Discharge Machining (WEDM). It’s used as the working fluid in wire-cut EDM machines to cool, lubricate, and flush away debris during the cutting process. The product is a semi-solid concentrated gel that dissolves in water to create a stable, high-efficiency coolant solution. It enhances cutting performance, improves surface finish, and extends wire life compared to traditional emulsified oils.

The product is perfect for finish machining and multiple cut in WEDM-HS. Just simply put the ointment into the water tank(ratio1:40-50) and stir till dissolving completely
